Diagnosis of the Public Regulations in Tourism Business Activities in the six Argentine regions

Upon request of the Ministry of Economy of Argentina, a Diagnosis of the Public Regulations in Tourism Business Activities was made with the aim to identify overlapping of jurisdictions, regulatory costs and legal loopholes in tourism regulations at the national, provincial and municipal levels. The diagnosis included a proposal for the revision and updating of the tourism regulatory system in the provinces included in the study.
